who I see

For partner work, I work with folks who are looking to improve communication, deepen and expand their intimacy, process and navigate life transitions, and more. My space is welcoming multiple partners (up to 3 people in the space).

For individual therapy, I work with folks who are exploring their identity (maybe for the first time ever!), navigating complex trauma, experiencing life transitions (that maybe feel all-consuming), and folks curious about the way their lived experiences impact who they are and how they engage with the world.

For many, this work includes exploring identity, reimagining relationships, reconnecting with parts of themselves or making career or life changes,.

a bit about me personally

When I’m not in sessions, you’ll likely find me spending time with my partner, friends, and my spicy tabby, exploring a new coffee shop, or taking care of my plants . I am a big fan of iced capp (when i drink coffee), no matter the temperature, and I am always on the search for the coziest hoodies.

Therapy gave me tools to reconnect with who I am, to value the parts of me I once felt I had to hide, and to draw strength from my inner self. It is now my hope to create a safe and supportive space where you feel free to show up and grow into your most authentic, messy self - tears, laughter, anger, and all. Welcome to therapy - it’s rarely neat, often surprising, and a place where you don’t need to have it all figured out.

I believe the opportunity to be a therapist is a deep honor and privilege.

how i work

I operate from a core belief: you are the expert of your own experience. I’m passionate about the in-between moments - the space between what is “right” or “wrong,” “good” or “bad,” where what’s familiar no longer fits and the path forward is still unfolding. I help clients explore these spaces with curiosity and compassion, creating room for uncertainty, self-discovery, and new possibilities. Together, we slow things down to untangle what feels complicated, notice what truly matters to you, and find ways to move forward that feel authentic and aligned with your values and goals.

my therapeutic approach is warm, gentle, and centred around you, guided by empathetic curiosity and care.I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support your individual concerns, needs, and goals. Using a trauma-informed lens, I draw from Emotionally Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic-informed practices, EMDR, and even Gottman - blending them in ways that feel most supportive for you.

TL;DR: I see you as a whole person with lived experience that informs who you are and how you operate through the world, including the systems (political, geographic, etc.) that you live within.

we might work well together if..

You’re looking for someone gentledirect, laidback, and who uses the occasional (or maybe frequent!) swear word; you want a genuine relationship with your therapist (i.e., I promise to be a human being!), and you don’t mind being challenged and want a therapist who values your innate wisdom.

My space is relaxed, and inclusive.
